An exploratory and experimental sound design workshop, examining various Artificial Intelligence programs used to create music and sound. Guided by Kling Klang Klong, a Berlin-based Sound Design Studio, we created an assortment of sounds in a two day exploration, culminating in a final piece in which creators designed a performance with the assistance of AI.
Each piece was inspired by one of the 5 stages of life according to anAI idea generator: Birth, Life, Death, Afterlife, and The End of The World. The result was a powerful, played simultaneously in the key of A Minor; an immersive sound installation experience exposing the power of sound design and the promise and potential for collaboration with AI and sound.
